WeDoBack agent

The agent is a key component of WeDoBack. It handles communication between our servers and your equipment.

It is required on every device (server, computer) for which a backup or a disaster recovery plan has been configured.

It encrypts your data before transmitting it and performs the operations you have configured in your management console.

Outside the SMART plan, only one agent is required per server or computer, whatever the number of services subscribed for the device concerned.

Under the SMART plan, the deployed agent is reserved for that plan. Adding a service or an additional option will then require ordering and deploying a new agent.
